Performance Analysis & Optimization
GPU Workload Profiling — Systematic analysis using vendor tools (Nsight Systems, Nsight Compute, rocprof, Omniperf) combined with custom instrumentation to identify performance bottlenecks in CUDA and HIP kernels, memory access patterns, and occupancy limitations.
AI Training Performance — End-to-end profiling of training pipelines on frameworks including PyTorch, NeMo, and Megatron-Core. Data loading, compute utilization, communication overhead, and mixed-precision efficiency analysis.

Cluster Design Review — Network fabric analysis, storage I/O characterization, and system architecture recommendations for AI/HPC clusters.
Roofline & Performance Modeling — Custom roofline analysis and analytical performance models to establish theoretical bounds and guide optimization priorities.
Technical Due Diligence
Code Performance Audit — Assessment of GPU-accelerated codebases for correctness, performance, and portability. Identification of optimization opportunities with estimated impact.
Vendor Tool Integration — Setup and training for profiling and performance analysis workflows using Nsight, ROCm tools, and custom instrumentation pipelines.
